Founded in August 2000, Carpeggiani Engenharia was born out of the will and determination of its founder, Elvis Carpeggiani, to establish his own business—a structural design office that provided an environment where autonomy and innovation were the foundation for all decisions. It was envisioned as a place not only for making decisions freely but also for exploring new opportunities and building a meaningful legacy.
Today, more than two decades later, we are a reference in Rio Grande do Sul, where we lead some of the state's largest and most innovative projects. We are also present across the southern and southeastern regions of Brazil, operating in the commercial, industrial, residential, educational, cultural, shopping centers, hypermarkets, and infrastructure sectors. LAUNCH OF THE STRUCTURAL MODEL
In the second stage of our process, once the best solution is defined, we initiate the structural modeling, always considering all the necessary requirements to ensure the safety, durability, and proper execution of the construction. Our analysis covers everything from sizing the constituent elements to a comprehensive assessment of global static and dynamic characteristics.
Furthermore, throughout the conception and development of the structural project, we integrate our capabilities with architecture and other involved disciplines. We utilize the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology to optimize and make the process more efficient, ensuring that all project components work in perfect synergy.
STARTING PLANTS
At this stage, we deliver all the essential technical documentation needed to begin construction. This includes column location plans, foundations load specifications, reinforcement detailing for pile caps and footings, among other documents. This is when we establish our first direct contact with the construction site, a relationship that will extend far beyond the project's completion.

Reinforcement detailing
From this point on, we begin the meticulous detailing of the reinforcement for all structural elements.
