Spanning over 1 hectare, Carnetti Open Mall is an innovative development offering a complete infrastructure and hosting over twenty stores. Designed in a horizontal layout akin to an open-air mall, the project prioritized ease of construction and agility in execution. To achieve these goals, we adopted a mixed construction approach, combining precast, steel and cast-in-place structures. This strategy provided greater flexibility and efficiency throughout the construction process.
A critical element of the project was optimizing production and reducing waste. Detailed plans were developed for the positioning of welded mesh panels, which were subsequently concreted to form not only the ground-level slab but also the basement containment, ensuring stability and durability.
With construction completed in October 2023, Carnetti Open Mall stands out as a hallmark of modernity in the region. The project represented an investment exceeding 50 million Brazilian reais and generated approximately 300 direct jobs, making a significant contribution to the local economy.
