The building structure consists of a ground floor with commercial shops, five floors dedicated to parking, and sixteen floors dedicated to offices. Notably, there is also a panoramic restaurant located on the 10th floor, offering impressive views. One of the remarkable features of this development is the height of its floors. The standard floors have a ceiling height of 3.96 meters, while the terrace stands out with an impressive ceiling height of 9.46 meters. Overall, the building reaches a height exceeding 90 meters.

To ensure structural stability, especially against wind forces, a rigid central core was designed. Taking advantage of the foundation on a solid rock mass, the efforts of this core were efficiently transferred to the ground through a large foundation footing. Due to the significant volume of concrete required for this footing (more than 290 cubic meters), chilled concrete with ice was used, with strict thermal control during execution to mitigate the adverse effects of the high temperatures involved in large-scale concreting.

To meet the architectural requirements for large spans, prestressed ribbed slabs were chosen. This choice not only helps minimize floor deformations but also controls thermal cracks, which are essential given the considerable dimensions of the slabs.
